Due to Arts Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization, founded in 2016 with a mission to expand access to high-quality performing arts education and creative opportunities for children and teens in our community.
Through our academy classes, after-school enrichment programs, summer programs, workshops, performances, and community initiatives, we provide young people with opportunities to explore their creativity, develop their talents, build confidence, and gain valuable life skills through the performing arts.
We believe every child has unique potential. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where students can learn, grow, express themselves, and discover what they are capable of achieving both on and off the stage.
Our Team
Leadership & Administration
Raoul E. Barnet
President & Executive Director
Provides leadership and oversees the organization’s programs, administration, and operations. Raoul brings more than 20 years of professional experience in communications, entertainment, production, and performing arts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University.
Esther Barnet
Administrative Director
Supports the organization’s administrative and financial operations and helps ensure the effective day-to-day management of Due to Arts.
Valeria Perez
Secretary
Supports the organization’s administrative and organizational functions and assists with maintaining effective communication and coordination.
Lisbeth Alcala
Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support and assists with the day-to-day operations of the organization and its programs

Provides financial oversight and supports the organization’s financial accountability and responsible management of resources.
